during my stay, I loved exploring the vibrant local galleries just a few steps away, like Galeria de Todos Santos and Gallery365, and taking relaxing strolls through the enchanting Parque Los Pinos, only a short walk from the hotel.

The breakfast had lots of food and it was great.

Location: the hotel was close enough to restaurant to maintenance staff, great beaches, and gardens, fountains and birds. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and fabulously friendly, gave advice about the city. The breakfast was great and offered a lot of items...

How it stacks up, my honest take

The newly remodeled hotel is an absolute treasure! With only ten exquisite rooms, each adorned with luxury, I adored my stay. The infinity pool view from my beautiful king suite was amazing. The very nice staff, especially Marco and Kevin, provided perfect service, our every need was met. A true gem!

The location was nice, near to many shops and resaurants, and downtown. My bed was comfortable and the room was well-appointed with large bathroom. The staff was really helpful, helped with every request.

The stunning gardens and marble stairs created a magical atmosphere throughout our stay. Relaxing by the heated pool with luxurious chaise lounges added to the overall charm of the boutique hotel.

Woke up to the good aroma of freshly brewed coffee every morning and enjoyed made-to-order breakfasts served in a serene garden. The cozy atmosphere.

A reliable connection would have enhanced our experience.

Had such high hopes for this boutique hotel, but alas. The wifi was inconsistent, a mild inconvenience. The slightly noisy AC unit really ruined the peaceful atmosphere i imagined. Honestly, i almost thought about giving a good review, but, without a welcome gift, i just couldn't. Not what i expected at all, ugh.

We had a lovely family trip, enjoying the beautiful grounds and relaxing by the pool. The tour desk helped us plan amazing outings, and my brother loved chatting with the friendly staff. The cozy atmosphere.

In my wife's opinion, more activities for kids would be great.

The boutique hotel is a hidden gem with only 10 rooms. Our beautiful king suite was fine, with amazing amenities and a view of the infinity pool. The heated pool adds a nice touch, and the location is perfect, close to great shops and restaurants.

The remodeled room offered a lovely view of the infinity pool. The lush gardens around the hotel added a serene touch to the atmosphere. The complimentary valet parking, including car cleaning, was an unexpected luxury. I enjoyed the pool view which was both beautiful and relaxing.

The lack of a welcome gift felt uninviting.

You can't miss checking out Fonda El Zaguan for some killer tacos! Pair that with a refreshing drink at Sky Lounge Bar, and you're in culinary heaven. Our Beautiful King Suite was fine, overlooking the peaceful infinity pool, and the lush gardens add to the resort's charm. The attention to detail in the decor.

Only a minor quibble-the poolside service took a little longer on Sunday. I could soak up the sun all day!
